Sales Development Representative
Mor Search is a Series B fintech startup redefining business banking. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will generate new sales opportunities, engage prospects, and qualify leads for Account Executives, with opportunities for advancement into higher roles.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads through inbound qualification and proactive outbound prospecting
Engage prospects using a consultative, problem-solving approach
Build and scale the sales funnel through targeted warm and cold outbound campaigns
Research and identify high-potential companies and decision-makers
Maintain accurate prospect and client data in HubSpot CRM
Adapt to feedback and explore different verticals to broaden outreach
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience
Strong work ethic and willingness to embrace a 'grinder' mentality
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
Previous customer-facing or sales experience
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments
Outbound phone/email experience with B2B companies
