Responsibilities
Support project setup and data management using Enterprise Planning & Controls software
Assist in creating and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and scheduling reports
Help manage project change orders and cost reports
Contribute to the development of cash flows and forecasts for small projects
Coordinate project schedules and assist in resource loading
Perform quality checks and field audits to ensure accuracy in reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to accept field assignments
Preferred
Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred
OSHA 10-hour safety certification is a plus
