They are seeking a motivated Account Executive focused on new business development, responsible for identifying prospective clients and demonstrating the company's staffing solutions.
Responsibilities
Market Expansion : Actively research and engage with prospective clients through a mix of outreach, networking, and professional referrals
Relationship Management : Build a pipeline of sustainable business by understanding the unique staffing challenges of healthcare and educational administrators
Solution-Based Selling : Move beyond "filling spots" to provide consultative staffing strategies that help our clients meet their departmental goals
Team Collaboration : Work closely with our internal recruitment team in Bryn Mawr to ensure that the clients you bring on board receive the highest quality of service and candidates
Qualification
Required
Motivated and experienced Account Executive
Proven track record in new business development
Ability to research and engage with prospective clients
Experience in relationship management with healthcare and educational administrators
Consultative staffing strategies experience
Team collaboration skills with internal recruitment teams
Results-oriented with a documented history of meeting and exceeding professional goals
Self-directed and comfortable managing own territory
