Responsibilities
Establish and lead data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems and teams
Design and implement scalable business processes that support data lifecycle management and operational efficiency
Analyze operational data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
Identify and automate data validation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
Coach and mentor a team of data stewards, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, analytics, compliance, and business units to align data initiatives with organizational goals
Monitor and report on data governance KPIs, driving transparency and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in data governance, data management, or business operations
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms
Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM data, including schema understanding, data integration, and quality assurance
Experience implementing business process improvements and automation solutions
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of coaching teams
Familiarity with data governance tools and frameworks (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, DAMA DMBOK)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
