Responsibilities

Own and grow the Chicago market
Lead distributor and broker partnerships with a primary focus on Chicago and surrounding territories
Drive regional market expansion through disciplined territory and account management
Develop strong relationships with foodservice operators, regional chains, chefs, and key decision-makers
Represent Bridor in the field through customer meetings, product samplings, and menu development initiatives
Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company objectives
Identify opportunities to increase distribution, volume, and product mix
Conduct regular market visits and sales calls to activate programs and support customers
Monitor competitive activity and provide market feedback to internal teams
Partner with marketing, R&D, category management, and supply chain teams on customer-facing strategies and launches
Use sales data, market trends, and customer insights to guide decision-making and territory strategy

Required

5+ years of proven foodservice sales success, with direct experience managing major distributors (Sysco, US Foods, PFG), broker relationships, and regional accounts
Stable, progressive work history with measurable growth results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
Experience managing relationships at multiple levels, including executive stakeholders
Demonstrated success growing accounts, launching initiatives, and managing territory performance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote) and CRM systems
Solid understanding of foodservice industry practices
Physically based in the Chicago area with strong familiarity with the local foodservice landscape

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or BRC is a plus
