Director/ExecutiveCollaborate Solutions, Inc is seeking a seasoned Program Director – Data Programs to lead and deliver large-scale, enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in data transformation, Master Data Management, and data governance, aligning complex data programs with business strategy to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end leadership for enterprise data programs, including MDM, data governance, data quality, analytics, and platform modernization
Lead MDM initiatives across multiple business domains, from strategy through implementation and rollout
Oversee implementation and governance of Reltio for master data management
Drive enterprise data governance frameworks using Collibra, ensuring data ownership, stewardship, lineage, and compliance
Establish and manage data quality and observability programs using Soda or similar tools
Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across large, cross-functional teams
Partner with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions
Own program governance, reporting, financials, and vendor management
Present program strategy, status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Ensure data initiatives align with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and business priorities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading enterprise data programs, particularly MDM and data governance initiatives
Strong hands-on or oversight experience with MDM platforms (Reltio preferred)
Strong hands-on or oversight experience with Data Governance tools (Collibra)
Strong hands-on or oversight experience with Data Quality / Data Observability tools (Soda or equivalent)
Solid understanding of modern data architectures, platforms, and integration patterns
Demonstrated ability to manage large, distributed teams and system integrators
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong experience in financial management, risk management, and delivery governance
