Analyze and monitor portfolio performance and risk trends
Develop data-led strategies to optimize profitability, balancing portfolio growth with credit risk
Present data-driven proposals to senior stakeholders
Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to align risk with growth
Qualification
Required
Expertise in data driven credit strategy within the lending/credit space
Fluent in SQL
Love solving complex problems with data
Comfortable communicating complex analysis in a straightforward manner to diverse stakeholders
