Deployment & Implementation
Assis the Senior Implementation Engineer on the rollout of Cisco Collaboration solutions
Assist the Senior Implementation Engineer on Configuring call routing, dial plans, voice gateways, and SIP trunks
Qualification
Required
Secret Clearance Required
U.S. Citizens ONLY due to legal or government contract requirements
Technical expertise in the implementation and support of Cisco Collaboration solutions including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) and Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX)
Experience in migrating from an old PBX to a new Cisco Voice Solution
Ability to assist in the rollout of Cisco Collaboration solutions
Experience in configuring call routing, dial plans, voice gateways, and SIP trunks
