Mid LevelNovia Infotech is seeking a creative, technically skilled, and client-focused Video Production Specialist to support the Premium IT Events team. This role will play a critical part in delivering high-quality video content, managing virtual and hybrid events, and providing white-glove technical support to executive leadership and VIP stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Assist in leading end-to-end video production, including:
Pre-production planning
Shooting and recording
Post-production editing
Final content delivery for internal and external audiences
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot studio equipment, including:
Cameras
Lighting systems
Audio and sound equipment
Video switchers and production software
Ensure all video assets adhere to brand standards, visual identity, and quality guidelines
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for audiovisual solutions across the organization
Partner directly with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and board members to deliver professional video and event communications
Provide high-touch, white-glove technical support during:
Town halls
Board meetings
Leadership presentations
Strategic communications sessions
Deliver training sessions for:
VIP users
C-suite administrators
Communications and events staff
On video tools, presentation best practices, and collaboration platforms
Produce, manage, and troubleshoot:
Livestreams
Hybrid events
Microsoft Teams meetings
Of varying scale and complexity
Oversee audiovisual, pre-production, post-production, and IT support for:
Small team meetings
Department-wide sessions
Global company-wide events
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Communications, IT, Events, Leadership) to ensure seamless live and recorded experiences
Provide supplemental IT support for VIP users, ensuring fast resolution of:
Hardware issues
Software challenges
Audiovisual connectivity problems
Partner with IT teams to support:
Macs and PCs
Mobile devices
Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Conferencing systems and AV setups
Network and connectivity solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in professional video production, including shooting, editing, and live event production
Hands-on experience operating studio video, lighting, and audio equipment
Strong experience producing and managing livestreams
Strong experience producing and managing virtual and hybrid events
Strong experience producing and managing Microsoft Teams meetings and webinars
Comfortable working directly with executives and senior leadership in high-visibility environments
Strong troubleshooting skills for AV, conferencing, and collaboration tools
Excellent communication, client service, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Preferred
Experience with professional video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
Familiarity with event production platforms (e.g., Teams Live Events, Zoom Webinar, Webex Events, OBS, vMix)
Knowledge of AV integration systems and studio workflows
Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
