Regional Sales Manager
Henry North is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth by collaborating with material handling dealers and system integrators. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing relationships, and supporting partners in selling engineered access solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on dealer and system integrator partners
Build, manage, and expand relationships with material handling dealers, warehouse solution providers, and system integrators
Support partners in the specification and sale of mezzanines, lifts, vertical access equipment, and related material handling solutions
Drive demand through education, joint sales calls, and application support
Actively participate in key opportunities, design discussions, and customer meetings
Recruit, coach, and manage regional sales talent (where applicable)
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting via CRM
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure project success
Travel throughout the region to support dealers, integrators, and end users (approximately 20–30%)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B regional sales or sales leadership
Demonstrated success working through dealer networks and system integrators
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Ability to support technical conversations and application-based selling
High accountability, organization, and business acumen
Preferred
Experience with mezzanines, lifts, platforms, or engineered material handling products
Background in warehouse solutions, automation, or industrial equipment
Familiarity with capital equipment sales cycles and project-based selling
