This role is crucial for ensuring project budgets, commitments, and expenditures are accurately tracked and communicated in support of project delivery and financial planning.

Responsibilities
Monitor and control total project spending, ensuring invoices, supplier claims, and subcontractor charges are verified and recorded accurately
Perform detailed cost status reviews, including analysis of committed costs, purchase orders, change orders, and overall budget variances
Develop and maintain cost forecasts, cash flows, progress curves, and updated spend projections for assigned projects and programs
Prepare and deliver comprehensive cost reports highlighting open commitments, contingencies, and line-item variances
Lead and facilitate planning and forecasting sessions and serve as a point of contact for project cost inquiries
Support project close-out activities, including documentation and administrative closeout procedures
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated understanding of cost forecasting, budget management, and project finance concepts
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in project control or financial analysis
