Account Executive
Trovo Group is a global logistics organization that provides customizable domestic and international shipping solutions. They are seeking a driven Account Executive to help businesses improve shipping efficiency and reduce transportation costs by managing a portfolio of accounts and presenting logistics solutions to decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Present logistics and shipping solutions to business owners and executive-level decision-makers
Identify customer challenges and deliver solution-based proposals supported by cost-benefit analysis
Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, closing, onboarding, and training
Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while meeting monthly sales targets
Leverage proprietary technology and strategic carrier partnerships to deliver customized solutions
Maintain accurate customer and account records
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
Coachable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Competitive mindset with a team-oriented approach
Comfortable in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
Preferred
Sales experience or sales internship preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
