Responsibilities

Manage user lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access changes
Configure account structures and instrument setups to generate accurate risk and trading analytics
Automate manual processes and design tools to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to resolve incidents, communicate changes, and perform root cause analysis on critical issues
Experience supporting a commodities trading business
Previous exposure to Endur / OpenLink systems
Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, analyse, and validate data
Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript, Batch, etc.)
Solid knowledge of Windows, .NET, and SQL Server environments
