Responsibilities

Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools

Qualification

ServiceNow modulesJavaScriptServiceNow integrationSQLServiceNow certificationsAgile/ScrumITIL processesCommunicationLeadership skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
