Territory Sales Manager - Remote (experience in ready-mix/ cement industry required)
Snelling Staffing is representing a client company that has been a leader in the concrete industry for over sixty years. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by cultivating relationships with customers and managing sales opportunities in the Ready-Mix and Block-related materials market.

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for making our client the preferred supplier of Ready-Mix and Block-related materials to the market
In this role you will grow revenue with existing customers and identify other market leads and opportunities
You will cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers and other industry players
You will prepare quotes and submittals
You will actively monitor and manage business opportunities, participate in preparation of sales forecasts, and ensure timely communications and reporting
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-3 years sales experience with established track record - Required
Excellent verbal /written communications skills - Required
High school diploma or equivalent - Required
Sales: 2-3 years minimum (Required)
Preferred
Experience in concrete, building materials, or applicable industry experience - Preferred
Working knowledge of the Concrete industry - Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Engineering, Communications or a Business-related field - Preferred
Formal Sales Training - Preferred
Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
Microsoft Office proficiency – Work, Excel, Outlook, etc
