Responsibilities
Full-Scale Social Media Management: Take ownership of client social media pages. This includes scheduling, community engagement, monitoring trends, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms
Graphic Design: Create high-impact visual assets for social media, digital ads, and branding. Design is a core pillar of this role
Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute content calendars that align with client marketing goals
Short-Form Video: Film and perform light video editing for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts to drive engagement
Email & Mailer Marketing: Create compelling mailer content that integrates SEO basics to ensure maximum reach and conversion
Analytics & Growth: Track the performance of the pages you manage and adjust strategy to improve results
Qualification
Required
Experience in Social Media Management: You must have experience managing business pages and a deep understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Strong Design Portfolio: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is required
Professional Reliability: Good punctuality and reliable attendance are absolute musts. We operate as a tight-knit team that relies on every member being present
