This role is responsible for building strong relationships with commercial clients, assessing roofing service needs, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial service clients
Conduct on-site evaluations of roofing conditions and document findings
Prepare and present service proposals, repair recommendations, and maintenance options
Coordinate with service technicians and project managers to schedule and oversee work
Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients regarding project timelines, expectations, and updates
Maintain accurate records of service activities, proposals, and customer interactions
Support long-term client relationships by promoting preventative maintenance and ongoing service plans
Contribute to the company's mission of protecting assets and supporting community safety
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to assess roofing needs and translate findings into clear recommendations (training available)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout North Texas
Self-motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct
Preferred
Experience in roofing, construction, facilities management, or a related field
