PROLIM Corporation is seeking a Tower Lead responsible for ensuring timely resolution of escalations and delivering reports and services in alignment with the defined Statement of Work (SOW). This role is accountable for tower-level revenue generation and plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction through new initiatives and frameworks to enhance service quality.

Responsible for ensuring timely resolution of escalations as per agreed SLA norms

For delivering reports and services in alignment with the defined Statement of Work (SOW)

Accountable for tower-level EE & EN revenue generation

For maintaining strong operational hygiene through report validation and service governance

Plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction by implementing new initiatives and frameworks to enhance service quality

Leads and executes Profit Improvement Plans (PIP) by leveraging automation tools and self-driven initiatives across Cloud Services and Mainframe environments

Ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement
