EROS Technologies Inc is seeking an ADO (Azure DevOps) Analyst to manage Azure DevOps processes, support project execution, and provide accurate reporting and insights across Azure-based delivery teams. The role involves configuring and maintaining Azure DevOps Boards, supporting CI/CD pipeline tracking, and assisting with project management activities.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Test Plans

Create and manage work items (Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, Bugs)

Ensure proper sprint planning, backlogs, and iteration tracking

Maintain process templates , workflows, and permissions

Support CI/CD pipeline tracking and release visibility

Coordinate with DevOps and Azure teams for deployment status and blockers

Monitor pipeline execution, failures, and SLAs

Assist with Azure resource tracking and cost/reporting inputs

Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues

Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retros)

Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Coordinate between business, development, QA, and DevOps teams

Build and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards

Generate weekly/monthly reports :

Sprint velocity & burndown

Release progress

Defect trends

Resource utilization

Export and analyze data using Excel, Power BI, or SQL

Provide executive-level project status reports
