Human Resources Internship - Summer 2026
TA Services is a company dedicated to moving business forward through various logistics services. They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide hands-on experience in core HR functions, supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Responsibilities
Support recruiting efforts by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting with new hire onboarding
Assist with maintaining employee records, HR systems, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications
Assist with preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have a smooth start
Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance-related tasks, including tracking training and required documentation
Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including calendar coordination, filing, and process documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Ability to identify issues, ask thoughtful questions, and support solutions in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning HR systems and applicant tracking systems
Earning a degree in Human Resources or related fields
