Assistant Media Planner - Pharma

A.L.L. Global Media Solutions, LLC is seeking an Assistant Media Planner to assist in the development and implementation of media plans for pharmaceutical products. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams, monitoring media performance, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the development and implementation of cross-channel media plans for pharmaceutical products and services
Offering strategic, innovative recommendations on how paid media will add value to clients’ product and service lines and solve their challenges
Collaborating with clients, agency partners, and internal team members to execute the vision of the media plan. Rolling up your sleeves to implement the media plan
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of media plans, including analyzing patterns in performance. Communicating findings to clients both in written and verbal form
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, vendors, publishers, and the client’s creative resources to ensure an effective creation and implementation of campaigns
Demonstrating a willingness to accommodate ad hoc requests and showing an eagerness to take on new responsibilities as the job’s duties evolve over time
Performing other duties as assigned

Required

A Bachelor's Degree with 2 – 5 years of demonstrated pharmaceutical media planning across all channels (online and offline), along with extensive digital experience with social and paid media search skills
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and social media knowledge is a plus
Solid acumen of Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Being a self-starter, with the ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional and agency partner teams
Proficiency with data, analytics, and measurement
A resourceful, curious, creative problem-solving mindset
Having a collaborative spirit, but also being able to work independently
A detail-oriented approach and the ability to multitask and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
