Responsibilities
Spend February/March–June 2026 at FTC’s headquarters in Taipei for immersive hands-on training across robotics, CNC/EDM machining, automation, and digital factory technologies
Receive hands-on training in AMR deployment, calibration & optimization, robotics arms / CNC / EDM machining systems, automation line integration, MES / CAPP digital workflow systems, inline measurement & high-precision metrology
Become a full-time CNC Engineer at FTC USA in Louisville
Work on real production ramp-up, automation projects, and machining optimization
Grow into a future function leader based on performance
Qualification
Required
From ME / EE / IE / Manufacturing / Automation Engineering backgrounds
Interested in robotics, automation, AI systems, and smart factories
Curious, tech-driven, and highly motivated
Adaptable to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong in problem-solving and hands-on operation
Comfortable communicating with non-English speakers
Able to work physically in Taiwan for six months
Eligible to obtain necessary visa and work authorization for internship in Taiwan
