Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Machinery

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the vacuum truck and manufacturing sectors
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Adjust strategies as needed based on performance data and market conditions
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our vacuum truck products and manufacturing processes to effectively communicate value propositions and technical specifications to clients
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client
Oversee the resolution of client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond

Required

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the vacuum truck or industrial equipment manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to analyze market trends and customer data
Technical understanding of vacuum trucks and related manufacturing processes
