Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and data characteristics
Define data mappings , business rules, and transformation logic for downstream technology consumption
Translate business and clinical requirements into Features and Epics using Aha
Prioritize and manage feature backlogs in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders
Provide detailed refinement inputs and clarifications to the technology and development teams
Validate and test development outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and business alignment
Support data-driven initiatives focused on healthcare quality and care gap closure
Review and interpret clinical charts to identify evidence of data and care outcomes
Understand and apply CMS quality measures and healthcare performance metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and clinical experts
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with healthcare standards
Document business logic, requirements, and data definitions clearly and accurately
Assist in identifying opportunities for process and data quality improvements
Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to business and technical teams
Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration and accountability
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant platforms
Knowledge of healthcare data systems, medical terminologies, and industry regulations would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy and quality
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly to diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively on team-based projects
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field preferred
