Henry North is seeking a National Account Manager to lead and expand strategic customer relationships across a national footprint. This role involves complex, consultative sales of warehouse solutions and requires building executive-level relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of national and large regional accounts across multiple sites
Build executive-level relationships with operations, supply chain, engineering, and procurement leaders
Lead discovery and solution alignment around pallet racking, storage solutions, conveyance systems, AS/RS, forklifts, and integrated warehouse solutions
Develop long-term account strategies, expansion roadmaps, and standardization plans
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent execution across regions
Manage pricing strategy, national agreements, and MSAs
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and account performance tracking
Travel nationally as required for site visits, project reviews, and strategic planning sessions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in national or enterprise B2B sales
Strong consultative selling skills within complex, capital-intensive environments
Ability to sell warehouse and material handling solutions, not just products
Executive presence and comfort navigating long sales cycles
Preferred
Background in pallet racking, storage systems, conveyance, AS/RS, automation, or warehouse design
Experience working with multi-site distribution, manufacturing, or logistics customers
