The Director of Sales Development is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, executing, and scaling sales training and development across all locations and acquired companies, requiring a strategic leader to drive consistency and elevate performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, development, and execution of sales training programs across all locations and acquisitions

Establish standardized sales processes, methodologies, and performance expectations company-wide

Coach, mentor, and develop sales leaders and top-performing representatives

Conduct in-field coaching, ride-alongs, and leadership evaluations

Drive adoption of door knocking and one-call close best practices

Identify performance gaps and implement scalable training solutions

Partner with executive leadership on sales strategy, forecasting, and growth initiatives

Support sales onboarding and post-acquisition integration to ensure alignment and consistency

Travel extensively to reinforce culture, accountability, and performance standards
