Responsibilities
Lead a small SRE / Production Engineering team supporting trading and research platforms
Own monitoring, telemetry, tracing, and alerting across host and application layers
Drive automation around deployments, recovery, and operational workflows
Define and implement SLI/SLO frameworks and production readiness practices
Improve CI/CD and build pipelines for performance-sensitive codebases
Partner with quants and engineers on performance tuning and system design
Evaluate containerization where appropriate without impacting latency
Qualification
Required
Strong SRE / Production Engineering background in performance-critical environments
Experience with real-time or low-latency systems (trading, market data, or similar)
Proven technical leadership and ownership of production systems
Deep Linux and networking fundamentals
Strong coding skills (Python, Go, C/C++ or similar)
Experience with modern observability stacks and incident management
Preferred
Exposure to quant research platforms, kdb+/q, or large-scale compute
Kubernetes in performance-sensitive environments
Financial markets or trading infrastructure experience
