Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers in designing and implementing solutions on the salesforce platform
Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex, visualforce pages, and lightning components
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient and scalable solutions
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables
Manage integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance salesforce functionality
Stay updated on salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their salesforce development skills
Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce apex, visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce declarative tools
Proficiency in developing and customizing salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
Strong understanding of salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities
Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams
Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement
