Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Create and iterate ad copy, headlines, and creative concepts
Monitor performance and make ongoing optimizations
Troubleshoot ad account and campaign issues
Build and revise landing pages and funnels (primarily in GoHighLevel)
Create lead qualification surveys and forms
Set up and manage email and SMS workflows
QA and test systems before launch
Set up new client sub-accounts and load snapshots
Configure custom values, calendars, and tracking
Organize client assets and documentation
Maintain clean workflows and repeatable processes
Create static ad creatives using Canva or similar tools
Edit short-form video ads and marketing clips
Repurpose content for ads and organic social platforms
Support posting and revisions for client social media as needed
Work closely with the founder on strategy and direction
Provide feedback and ideas to improve systems and results
Help document processes and improve efficiency over time
Grow into a leadership role as the agency scales
Qualification
Required
Proven experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Experience building funnels, landing pages, or automations (GoHighLevel experience is a major plus)
Strong copywriting and creative instincts for performance marketing
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to communicate clearly and take feedback well
