Information Technology Support Specialist
Sunshine Quality Solutions is a leader in the Agricultural and Turf Care industry, and they are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and guidance to employees across the organization. This role ensures the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems while supporting cloud-based technologies and includes both traditional helpdesk support and project-based work.

Responsibilities
Provide remote and in-person desktop and end-user support for Windows-based environments
Set up, configure, and deploy hardware for new and existing employees
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to company-specific applications and third-party vendor software; coordinate with vendors as needed for resolution
Administrate and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Entra, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
Respond promptly to helpdesk requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when appropriate
Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and process automation initiatives
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure proper equipment lifecycle management
Develop and maintain user training materials and provide guidance on effective hardware and software usage
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and company security policies to enhance IT operations
Qualification
Required
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Experience managing Microsoft 365 cloud products
Experience troubleshooting and managing Windows Server environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Preferred
Experience with Power Platform and Dynamics troubleshooting
Previous helpdesk or IT support experience in a multi-location environment
