MSR Technology Group is seeking a Change Coordinator to manage Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs) from start to finish. The role focuses on ensuring accurate engineering data updates and clear communication across teams while leading change meetings and coordinating with various departments.

Responsibilities

Own and manage ECRs through the full approval and implementation process using PLM tools (Windchill preferred)
Lead weekly change meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams
Support engineering data accuracy, part lifecycle updates, and documentation
Follow up on projects and products in the factory as needed (up to 2x per week; PPE required)

Required

Previous Change Coordinator experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
Strong project management and change management experience
Hands-on experience with PLM systems; Windchill highly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Exposure to engineering documentation, BOMs, or manufacturing environments
Experience working with cross-functional or global teams
