Mid, Senior LevelW3Global is seeking a Permitting Manager to oversee the permitting of commercial and residential developments. The role involves managing the permitting process, conducting due diligence for property acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities
Due diligence for potential property acquisitions
Creating concept plans with AutoCAD or other comparable software
Hiring, managing and overseeing outside engineers and consultants
Researching government regulations
Managing the permitting process and obtaining all required project permits
Attending municipal board meetings
Working with project abutters and government officials
Ensuring that construction complies with local regulations and approval conditions for retail, office, and residential projects
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD or other comparable software
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have significant experience with permitting commercial and residential developments
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to perform effectively with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience with municipal boards is preferred, but not required
A bachelor's degree in civil engineering is desired, but not required
