Responsibilities
Engage with customers at retail locations, shopping centres, sporting events, trade shows and big‑box store activations, building real relationships and trust
Understand customer needs and recommend products or services accordingly
Upsell and cross‑sell on the spot to drive brand awareness and sales
Resolve questions and concerns face‑to‑face with professionalism and care
Track every interaction and sales outcome accurately for performance reporting
Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Engage with customers at retail locations, shopping centres, sporting events, trade shows and big‑box store activations, building real relationships and trust

Able to travel locally to event sites around Tampa
Self‑motivated and results‑driven with strong interpersonal and listening skills
