Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory, leveraging networking events, and innovative outreach strategies
Sales & Relationship Management - Engage directly with HCPs, present tailored solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Product Expertise & Demonstrations - Develop a deep understanding of Teoxane Dermocosmetics. Conduct in-person or virtual product demonstrations and educational sessions to highlight features, benefits, and usage best practices
Pipeline Management - Independently manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing deals. Provide regular updates and forecasts to the management team
Market & Industry Insight - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Provide feedback to help shape marketing strategies and product development
Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Required

Proven Sales Experience in Dermoscosmectics - A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential
Self-Motivated & Independent - Ability to work autonomously as a 1099 independent contractor. Must be highly driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial in approach
Excellent Communication Skills - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex product information in an accessible manner
Industry Knowledge - Familiarity with the Aesthetics market and Dermocosmetics
Organizational Skills - Capable of managing a dynamic sales pipeline and multiple customer relationships simultaneously
