Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise customers
Build and qualify a pipeline of large, complex opportunities within targeted verticals
Lead executive-level discovery to understand organizational goals, risks, and decision dynamics
Shape end-to-end solution strategies that address operational performance, scalability, and ROI
Present value-driven proposals and business cases to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (engineering, solutions, finance, delivery) throughout pursuits
Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-year enterprise agreements
Manage opportunities to meet revenue, margin, and long-term growth objectives
Provide market and account insight to leadership to support regional growth strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree required; engineering or technical education is a strong plus
12+ years of experience selling complex, technical solutions into distribution, logistics, or supply-chain-driven organizations
Proven success in consultative, executive-level selling and complex negotiations
Experience with automated systems, integrated solutions, and enterprise software environments
Track record of closing large-scale deals, including projects in the $20M+ range
Comfortable managing multiple pursuits in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Willingness to travel regularly (up to ~50%)
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Formal enterprise or strategic selling methodology training is a plus
