Responsibilities
Take full ownership of site operations, performance, and culture
Lead the alignment and integration of manufacturing operations
Establish and maintain daily KPI management across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and labour
Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement through daily management
Own full P&L responsibility and act quickly on performance deviations
Lead Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Customer Service teams
Act as the senior on-site leader accountable for results and change
Host customer visits and confidently present site performance
Qualification
Required
Proven Plant Manager, General Manager, or Site Operations Leader
Background in industrial, regulated, or contract manufacturing
Experience leading a 100+ employee manufacturing site
Track record of driving change, raising standards, and improving performance
Comfortable leading through data, KPIs, and performance management
Practical Lean manufacturing experience
ERP exposure and data-led decision-making capability
