The Growth Center is a high-growth Business Development company serving B2B SaaS companies. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage and qualify inbound leads, set appointments, and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Handle Inbound Leads from Ads & Organic Traffic - Qualify leads who opt into the funnel via paid ads, content marketing, or referrals
Respond to Inbound Cold Email & LinkedIn Replies - Engage with prospects who respond positively to outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
Manage your Own Pipeline of Inbound Leads - Use our internal software platform to manage new inbound leads that come in across multiple channels
Follow Up with Leads in the Sales CRM - Re-engage leads who previously expressed interest but have not yet booked a meeting, and re-engage Closed Lost sales opportunities
Call & Qualify Inbound Leads - Proactively reach out to inbound prospects, assess their needs, and ensure they are booked in for a call with our Account Executive
Ensure High Show Rates - Send reminders and confirm attendance for scheduled appointments

Strong Communicator - You are confident in your ability to engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Tech-Savvy & Adaptable - You are comfortable using CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound sales tools
Team Player - You're able to work closely with your team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads
