Qualification
Required
Virginia bar is required
Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, writing, and communication skills
Ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects and priorities
Facility with legal research
Desire to become a litigator, with the vast majority of your practice in court
Preferred
Prior experience in criminal defense or litigation is a plus, but not required
