Responsibilities
Verify eligibility: ensure that applicants meet specific criteria for the programs or services they’re applying for. This involves reviewing documentation and confirming eligibility based on established guidelines. Communicate with members, brokers, and providers to verify enrollment information, as needed
Process enrollment requests: handle incoming applications, collect necessary information, and review supporting materials. This includes verifying completeness, accuracy, and adherence to enrollment procedures
Renew memberships: process renewal paperwork, and update membership status as needed
Maintain accurate data related to program participants, applicants, and members
Complete other administrative duties, as needed
Qualification
