They are currently seeking a Full-Time Host to join their front-of-house team at White Oak, a chef-driven Modern Southern restaurant in downtown Atlanta. The Host will be responsible for managing the guest experience, including welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining room operation.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
Manage reservations and waitlists through OpenTable
Communicate accurate wait times and table availability
Escort guests to tables and provide menus and dining guidance
Answer incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries
Maintain organization and cleanliness at the host stand
Collaborate closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
Assist in resolving guest concerns with poise and hospitality
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and polished in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Prior hosting or restaurant experience
