Responsibilities

Work closely with field specialists to deliver work to new and existing customers

Diagnose and monitor landscapes, estimating jobs and providing estimates for work to be completed

Be the trusted advisor for property owners, integral to the health and safety of the environment served

Set up crews, validate work performance, and ensure job completion to client satisfaction

Obtain referrals, network, and develop new business

Participate in community and industry events, presenting to horticultural associations, garden clubs, trade shows, and community organizations

Required

While green industry experience is not required, having a degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, or equivalent experience
