Responsibilities
Support project-level accounting for the Golden Gate Bridge, including job cost reporting and reconciliations
Process and review subcontractor billings, invoices, and cost allocations
Assist with monthly closes, financial reporting, and variance analysis
Support owner billings and coordination with project management and cost controls
Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and contractual obligations
Assist with cash flow tracking, forecasting support, and financial documentation
