Responsibilities

Work closely with new customers while helping them with new customer on-boarding

Gather important information while helping current and new customers open new accounts

Assist clients who are changing beneficiaries, initiating minimum distributions

Help clients with changes to their 401(k) rollovers

Provide assistance while helping clients re-title accounts to a trust

Partner with wealth management advisors and customers who are initiating donations and gifts to charitable organizations

Help customers through the underwriting process when new life insurance is being purchased
