Qualification
Required
Experience in tax preparation and review, particularly in flow-through entities
Ability to oversee work prepared by junior staff
Direct client exposure and relationship-building skills
Experience with Lacerte, SurePrep, and Canopy workflow
Actively working toward CPA certification
Preferred
Prior state and local tax exposure
