Qualification
Required
Strong legal research, case analysis, and drafting skills
Experience in litigation, including advocacy in courtroom settings and familiarity with procedural rules
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and risk assessment
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to professional excellence
Preferred
Prior experience in transportation, construction, hospitality industries, or catastrophic injury cases is a plus
