Sales Manager
Fute is a fast-growing snack company known for quality and competitive pricing, and they are seeking a Sales Manager to scale their presence in the U.S. secondary/off-price retail and institutional channels. The role involves driving sales, building relationships, and supporting the go-to-market strategy as the brand expands.
Responsibilities
Drive sales in the U.S. secondary/off-price market (e.g., TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Grocery Outlet, Ollie’s, 5 Below, Dollar Stores)
Grow institutional sales across offices, schools, universities, cafeterias, distributors, and food-service partners
Build and manage buyer and distributor relationships
Identify opportunities, present the brand, negotiate, and close deals
Support and shape go-to-market strategy as the brand expands
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in U.S. secondary/off-price retail
Self-driven, hands-on, and able to own the full sales cycle
U.S.-based, fluent in English
Preferred
Experience in institutional or food-service sales
Existing buyer relationships
