Responsibilities
Electronic and phone based client development outreach for the firm
Incentivize hiring leaders to meet and discuss their open positions, and our firm's prospective involvement helping fill the roles
Maintain and develop a pipeline of potential clients
Explain the firm's unique service offering and value proposition in an inspiring way
Qualify potential clients based on their alignment with our firm's mission and values
Serve as a point of contact for questions from hiring leaders
Qualification
Required
