Architect and modernize hybrid infrastructure across VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Azure Cloud
Lead virtualization of servers, cloud migration, and workload modernization initiatives in Azure (IaaS & PaaS)
Optimize server virtualization and backup/disaster recovery platforms
Drive standardization, security hardening, and automation across enterprise systems
Partner closely with application, network, and security teams on global initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years building and supporting enterprise server and application hosting environments
Deep experience with Windows Server, VMware, and Hyper-V
Strong troubleshooting, automation, and performance optimization skills
Experience in large, complex, global enterprise environments
Preferred
Veeam or similar backup solutions
Azure Cloud, MCSE, Security, or ITIL certifications
