SaaS Account Executive -- Join a Unicorn!
10X Recruiting Partners is representing a fast-growing SaaS company in the industrial tech space that is transforming frontline and industrial environments. The SaaS Account Executive will take full ownership of a sales territory, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while contributing to revenue growth in a high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
Close New Business : Own the full sales cycle — from outreach to signature — and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Pipeline Development : Drive outbound efforts while also managing a steady flow of qualified inbound leads from Marketing and BDRs
Sales Presentations : Lead impactful discovery calls, deliver compelling product demos, and manage closing conversations with precision
Forecasting : Accurately project sales outcomes with +/-15% accuracy at the monthly and quarterly level
CRM Management : Use Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Continuous Improvement : Embrace feedback and coaching with a growth mindset; always be improving your sales craft
Thought Leadership : Stay curious and build a strong understanding of the industrial tech landscape to speak with authority to prospects

Qualification
Required
2+ years in a full-cycle B2B sales or Account Executive role
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing new business
Strong presentation and communication skills — both verbal and written
Experience conducting discovery calls and delivering product demos
Willingness to prospect and build your own pipeline
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven approach to selling and forecasting
A positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, CMMS, or facility operations software
Familiarity with modern sales tech: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc
Experience working in remote or startup environments
