Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy generative AI systems for content generation and analysis
Work on NLP pipelines for understanding tone, intent, and writing style
Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, prompt strategies, and evaluation techniques
Optimize model performance, reliability, and cost for production use
Collaborate with product and engineering to align AI capabilities with business goals
Monitor outputs and continuously improve quality through testing and iteration
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models
Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Solid understanding of NLP concepts and techniques
Experience with data processing and analysis using tools like Pandas and NumPy
Ability to reason about algorithms, trade-offs, and system design
Clear communication skills and comfort working in a small, cross-functional team
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
Preferred
Experience working with large language models and prompt engineering
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Exposure to deploying ML systems in production environments
Interest in writing, content, or creator tools
